Two State Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Two State (“we,” “us”) collects from employees and others who use our work systems and receive our text messages and emails, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Name, mobile phone number and email address you give us, such as on hiring paperwork.
- Work records you create in our systems, such as time entries, daily reports, photos, forms and purchase orders.
- Your text message consent, including the date and how you gave it.
How we use it
- To send work-related texts and emails: crew announcements, schedule and job updates, task assignments, purchase order notices and safety notices.
- To run payroll, job tracking and other normal business operations.
- To keep records required by law or by our customers’ contracts.
Text messaging
- We send text messages only to people who have agreed to receive them.
- We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
- We use a text messaging provider (Twilio) only to deliver our messages. They may not use your number for any other purpose.

Who else sees your information
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business (such as our text, email, payroll and software providers), when required by law, or to protect safety. We do not sell personal information.
How we protect it
We limit access to people who need it for their job and use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
Your choices
You can ask us to update your contact information or stop texts at any time. Opting out of texts does not affect your employment.
