Fabrication

The Two State team is more than capable of turning your vision into a reality. Our fabrication division gives you access to certified welders and craftsmen to help meet any need, whether it be a simple rebuild or a fully customized design-build project. With over 70,000 sqft of facility, we have the means to deliver high-quality fabrication products to our customers at a moment’s notice. Our ability to produce and deliver our products provides us with better cost control and eliminates project delays generally associated with outsourcing third party transport.

Fabrication

Our steel and sheet metal fabrication shop is consistently expanding and evolving to meet the changing needs of our customers. Our employees have the ability, experience, and knowledge to create your masterpiece, and our facility has the capacity and equipment to fulfill fabrication projects of almost any size. We continually monitor industry trends and best practices so that we can continue providing our customers with the quality products and services they have come to expect from Two State.

Sheetmetal

Our 70,000 square feet fabrication facility was established to ensure that we could deliver high-quality, precision fabrication products to our customers at a moment’s notice. Our facility is competently staffed with experienced welders, mechanics, and millwrights. We also have a large inventory of tools and equipment that includes: 2 plasma cutting tables, a robotic welder, various types of welding machines, as well as brakes, presses, and other types of fabrication machinery. Our staff is more than capable of making your next project a reality! With the ability to fabricate and transport our own products, we can better control costs and eliminate project delays associated with outsourcing fabrication needs.

Sheetmetal

Steel Fabrication

Our steel fabrication shop is consistently expanding and upgrading to meet the demands of today’s needs. Our metal fabrication shop houses an automated metal coping/cutting machine and bead blasting machine, as well as CNC plasma tables and various welding and cutting equipment. Our material handling equipment and large facilities enable us to handle fabrication projects of almost any size. We constantly monitor the latest technological advances throughout the industry so that we can continue to provide our customers with the products and services they have come to expect from Two State over the years.
